The ACE Network is a service agency that supports adult education and literacy providers through training and resource development. Its goal is to partner with practitioners in Literacy, ABE, ASE, ESL, Family Literacy, and GED to ensure quality programs.

Located at 516 W. Loockerman Street in the George V. Massey Building that previously served as a train station and housed Court 7, the ACE Network houses the Delaware State Literacy Resource Center.
